• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

3. Fair play and acceptable use

You agree not to: cheat or manipulate scores; use bots, scripts or automation; exploit bugs; attack, overload, scan or reverse-engineer the Service or its servers; interfere with other players; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may remove results, reset records, and suspend or delete accounts that we reasonably believe break these rules, at our sole discretion and without notice or compensation.

4. Records, scores and accounts have no monetary value

Scores, records, ranks, stars, round progress, player names and accounts ("Game Data") are provided for entertainment only. They are not your property, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, and may be modified, reset or deleted by us at any time — for example to fix errors, remove cheating, or maintain the Service.

5. Free service, provided "as is"

The Service is free of charge and funded by advertising. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any game at any time, with or without notice.

6. Limitation of liability — no compensation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any loss, deletion, corruption or alteration of Game Data or accounts — including records, scores, progress and player names — whatever the cause, including technical failures, bugs, data loss at our hosting provider, and cyberattacks, hacking, unauthorized access or other security incidents caused by third parties.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or related to the Service.
• No compensation, refund or restoration of any kind is owed for lost, reset or deleted Game Data or accounts. Any restoration is at our sole discretion.
• Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to zero (0) euros, or, where a zero cap is not allowed by law, to the lowest amount the law permits.
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or third-party websites linked from ads.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live. It also does not affect our legal obligations regarding personal data breaches described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GGGL from any claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

8. Intellectual property
