Goal

Be the first to get rid of all your cards by laying them on the table in melds.

Your turn

Draw one card from the stock or take the top card of the discard pile. Lay down melds if you can, then discard one card.

Melds

A set is 3 or 4 cards of the same rank in different suits. A run is 3 or more cards in a row of the same suit (A-2-3 or Q-K-A).

Opening

Your first melds must be worth at least 51 points in one turn. Aces count 11 (1 in A-2-3), face cards 10, others their number.

Jokers

A joker can stand in for any card in a meld. After you open, you can add cards to any meld on the table.

Scoring

The first player out wins. The others are ranked by the points left in their hand (100 if they never opened). Online games move your rating.
